The Company reduced its registered capital from THB 40,350,702,039 to THB 40,350,563,763 by cancelling 138,276 unissued ordinary shares with a par value of THB 1 each, which had been reserved for the exercise of T-W3 warrants.

The Company increased its registered capital
To support the exercise of T-W3 and T-WA warrants, the Company increased its registered capital from THB 40,350,563,763 to THB 41,294,049,764 by issuing 943,486,001 new ordinary shares with a par value of THB 1 each.

The Company's objectives were expanded from 18 to 39 items in order to support future growth, primarily in the energy, power plant, and nano finance industries, and also a government lottery dealer.

The Company increased its registered capital
The Company's registered capital was increased from THB 4,249,720,289 to THB 40,350,702,039, while the paid-up capital was increased from THB 2,902,737,512 to TB 10,114,930,520.

The Company issued T-W3 warrants
The Company issued 1,451,094,354 units of T-W3 warrants and 1,451,094,354 new ordinary shares reserved for the exercise of the warrants.

Stock symbol for trading on MAI was changed from “TIES” to “T”.
