The Company increased its registered capital
The Company’s registered capital was increased from THB 686.38 million to THB 4,249.72 million in order to provide working capital for business operations by offering 2,455.70 million newly issued shares to existing shareholders in proportion to the number of shares held by each shareholder (Right Offering).
The Company allocated newly issued shares to support warrants’ right adjustment
The Company allocated and offered up to 1,029.93 million and 77.71 million newly issued ordinary shares to support the rights adjustment of TIES-W2 and TIES-WA warrants, respectively.

* Building A, B, C, 55 Market Project, Srinagarindra Rd.

The Company’s registered capital was increased to THB 694.61 million in order to provide additional working capital for business operations. The Company offered 223.20 million warrants to existing shareholders, plus additional 22.00 million warrants.
A total of 245.20 million newly issued shares were reserved for the exercise of the aforementioned warrants.

The Company increased its paid-up capital
The Company’s paid-up capital was increased to THB 446.4 million, for working capital in business operations, by offering 235.125 million newly issued shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding at the rate of 1 existing share per 1 new share at a price of 0.75 baht per share.

The Company formed a joint venture with Reung Narong
The Company and Reung Narong Co., Ltd. formed a joint venture, namely "Thai Industrial & Engineering Service Plc. and Ruang Narong Co., Ltd.", to renovate and expand the immigration area at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This was a strategic approach in the auction for the project and also a risk management process by utilizing each party's expertise.
