Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, energy-related technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project screening, conducting preliminary feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of the potential projects in assigned market/industry (both greenfield and M&A) including risk analysis and financial analysis.
  • Coordinating and managing external advisors and internal departments in the company to conduct full feasibility study or investment due diligence.
  • Developing offers, proposals, presentations in relation to the project development/investment to prospective clients/partners/government agencies/lenders, as the case may be.
  • Preparing correspondent letters and related documents in connection with the project negotiation and development to be submitted to the concerned parties.
  • Preparing documents, presentations, or summary report to seek an approval for project development and implementation from the company’s relevant approval authority(ies).
  • Reviewing, summarizing, and negotiating commercial terms and conditions of agreements with clients/advisors/government agencies/lenders.
  • Monitoring project execution progress and managing ongoing contracts with concerned parties.
